Warranty Policy

Open House lighting fixtures are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that result in product malfunction during normal residential operation within 12 months of delivery.

What Is Covered

  • Electrical component failure not caused by external damage
  • Structural defects resulting from manufacturing issues
  • Finish defects such as peeling or abnormal deterioration within the warranty period
  • Factory assembly defects identified after installation

What Is Not Covered

  • Improper installation, incorrect wiring, or installation by unqualified individuals
  • Damage caused by impact, mishandling, misuse, or modification
  • Use of bulbs exceeding recommended wattage
  • Normal wear and aging
  • Consumable items such as light bulbs

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please email support@theopenhouseco.com with your order number and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.

Claims are reviewed within 1–2 business days. After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, fixture replacement, or refund where applicable.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product at our discretion. Open House is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
