Where do your products ship from?
All orders ship from U.S.-based warehouses. We do not ship internationally or from overseas suppliers.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days within the contiguous United States.
Is shipping free?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
What if my light arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. After review, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.
Are your fixtures compatible with standard U.S. wiring?
Yes. Our fixtures are compatible with standard U.S. 110–120V wiring and are designed for residential installation. Specific electrical details are listed on each product page.
Do I need an electrician for installation?
Plug-in fixtures can be connected to a standard outlet. Hardwired fixtures such as most pendants and chandeliers should be installed by a licensed electrician.
What bulbs are required?
Most fixtures use standard E26 or E12 base bulbs. The required bulb type is listed in each product’s specifications. Bulbs are not included unless otherwise stated.
Can I return an installed fixture?
Installed fixtures are not eligible for return unless they are confirmed defective. Items must be unused and uninstalled to qualify for standard returns.
How do I start a return?
Email support@theopenhouseco.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
At this time, we ship to the contiguous 48 United States only.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and uninstalled items. Return shipping costs may apply depending on the reason for return. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
